Please review our Refunds Policy: No Refunds on Membership Fees Membership fees are non-refundable once paid. We encourage all members to review the membership terms and conditions before committing. Cancellations and Membership Freezes If you wish to cancel your membership, a cancellation fee may apply depending on your membership contract. We also offer membership freezes for those who need to pause their membership due to personal reasons. Trial Memberships If you're not satisfied with your trial membership, please let us know within the first 7 days. We offer a full refund for trial memberships if you decide not to continue. Class Cancellations If you’ve booked a class and need to cancel, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class may not be refunded. Personal Training Sessions Personal training sessions are non-refundable once completed. However, if you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, we can reschedule your session. Payment for Services Payment for additional services such as nutrition coaching or assessments is due at the time of service.
